Beautiful hand painted plate with ladies carrying parasols with a backstamp from National Brotherhood of Operative Potters, which was a labor union of American pottery workers in the late 19th and early 20th century centered around Liverpool, Ohio.
Approximately 10-3/8" across. Please see the last photo for a small imperfection in the glaze.
